Things that nobody tells you about the famous NEUSCHWANSTEIN

The castle is pretty, nature is even prettier

Majestic mountains, beautiful lakes, luxurious palaces and… loads of tourists. Despite of that is this Bavarian castle worth visiting.

Did you know that Neuschwanstein isn’t the only castle in the area? There are few, equally beautiful palaces nearby. They all belonged (as few others in Munich) to one king – Ludwig II. of Bavaria. Poshy monarchy, let me tell ya.
Entrances to the castles are paid, but when it comes to nature, you simply can’t buy those views. And I was surprised – how come that Neuschwanstein castle is so famous, but nobody mentions its surroundings are so pretty?

Doesn’t this castle remind you of any other place? Well yeah, the fairytale castle in Disneyworld was inspired by it. And by the way, this could be surely named Ludwigsworld.

After a little walk, you may encounter a bridge (with spectacular view on the castle by the way) overloaded with tourists AND right above an abyss with waterfall underneath. It sounds scary (and actually is as you’re walking through it).

Zámok je krásny, príroda ešte krajšia

Majestátne hory, krásne jazierka, prepychové paláce a… množstvo turistov.
